  • How long is the shipping process?

    All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Delays may occur due to restrictions related to the COVID health pandemic. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

    If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email info@thegirleebox.com for a shipping update.

    Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.

  • What happens if I need to change my address?

If you need to change your mailing address after you have placed an order please email info@thegirleebox.com immediately, if possible. All emails will receive a response within 1-2 business days. Email responses may get delayed during high volume times.
NOTE: Please be aware there is a possibility that an order may get shipped in less than 24 hours.
  • Can I cancel or exchange my order?
At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders or make any exchanges.
  • What happens if an order is returned?

If an order is returned, the customer will be refunded not including shipping. The shipping amount will not be refunded.

  • How long does my hair has to be before sugaring?
The general guideline for sugaring suggests that your hair should be at least 1/4"-1/2" or at least the size of a rice grain.
  • Can I use The Girlee Box hair removal products if I have sensitive skin?
If you have no harmful or allergic reaction when testing The Girlee Box products, it is safe for your use. We do recommend patch testing before use.
